Laboratory Update | Major Update (4/12/2024)
Introducing the Laboratory!
ScD's Laboratory has been overhauled with hot plates, centrifuges, mixers, and more! Anomalous material can be collected by ScD around the site using test tubes and can be crafted into other chemicals or applied to test subjects.
Breach Protocol Rework
The Breach Protocol System has been reworked! Below is the details on the new system.
All Breach Modes are now found with Breach Mode On instead of Protocol Breach
There are a total of 4 breach modes:
Possible
Infectious
Euclid
Keter
Each Breach Mode has its own Radio Message, TV Message, and Light Intensity.
Along with that, each Breach Mode also has its own Theme
The protocol ping for Eta-9 also includes what breach type it is.

Paragon Egghunt 🥚
The Paragon Egghunt is now live on Public Servers! There are 8 eggs that are found on site. You can find them by completing certain objectives, looking for them, or partaking in tests.
2 Eggs can be found by partaking within tests either as a ScD, Spectator or CD.
4 Eggs can be found around site but only 2 can be found every 15 minutes.
2 Eggs can be found by you doing different tasks On-Site.
Keep in mind that the first three (3) users to complete the egghunt will gain the rewards below!

Balance Changes
Bleed tweaks
Added a bleed cap of 8/s. The previous maximum was about 15.
Severe limbs now bleed for 3 per limb. Previously, they did not bleed.
Torso/head bleed multiplier reduced from 2 > 1.5.
You can no longer bleed past 25% of your health. Previously, this only applied to when you had 4+ severe limbs.
Medical Tools
Animation speeds have been buffed for everyone, excluding the Field Exam tool.
Field Dressings now have the same speed for everyone.
Penetration
Penetration has been tweaked.
Old: Armor took (100-PEN)% damage from bullets, meaning 100% PEN dealt 0 damage to the armor, while 0% PEN dealt full damage to the armor,
New: Armor will take (50+PEN)% damage from bullets. This means 0% PEN will only do 50% damage to armor, and 100% PEN will deal 150% damage to armor.
Penetration values over 100% will purely deal more damage to the armor. For example, a sniper with 150% PEN will deal 200% damage to the armor, and 100% damage to the player.
Penetration damage to players remain the same (0% = no damage, 50% half, 100% full)
Armor
Juggernauts now only have two armor values: Head and Body.
Shooting the head will reduce the head's AP.
Shooting any other part will reduce the body AP.
Juggernaut armour has been adjusted. In general, everyone has received a buff of 1.5x.
Juggernaut health reduced from 1000 to 800.
Juggernaut walk speed and jump power increased by 1.
Subsequently, the following armors have been adjusted:
CD Juggernaut
Helmet: 1250
Body: 3000
L7 Juggernaut
Helmet: 750
Body: 2000
GRU-P Juggernaut
Helmet: 1000
Body: 2500
This was buffed more than L7, due to GRU-P juggernauts usually used in an offensive manner, whilst L7 juggernauts are usually used in a defensive manner during raids.
Drop Off
Drop off has been revamped and is now applied to most guns.
Max range has been re-added. It is a default of 500 studs, with the Beanbag Shotgun being set to 100.
Guns now have two damage values: BaseDamage and MinDamage.
Base Damage is the damage that the gun has before drop off.
The damage between the start and end of dropoff is linear.
Min damage is the damage the gun has after it has fully dropped off.
Drop off now starts at a specific threshold (FallOffStart) and stops falling off after reaching another threshold (FallOffEnd).

Caliber changes
High Caliber limbshots: 1x > 0.75x dmg multiplier.
High Caliber headshots: 2x > 1.75x dmg multiplier.
Snipers now have it's own bullet type.
Sniper headshots deal 2.5x base damage.
Sniper limbshots deal 0.9x base damage.
Beanbag duration revamped to damage / 5.
