Declassified Reports

The Audit and Accountability Committee, in order to ensure the safety and security of Paragon Research Institute and its assets, conducts various operations into potential threats and acts of misconduct. Operations are finalized with the creation of the final reports, labelled as Criminal or Administrative Inquiries. Per the Overseer Council's Intelligence Deviation and REAL acts, the Committee regularly releases declassified versions of the aforementioned reports after the conclusion of an inquiry.
