The Manufacturing Department is a major load bearing pillar within the community which works alongside the Founders. The Manufacturing Department is special, as unlike other departments within the Foundation this department is not a role play driven department. Rather the Manufacturing Department materializes the requests of the Foundation, for the Foundation.
Each and every member of the Manufacturing Department has an obligation to the community and responsibility to ensure we upkeep our promises to the community while also maintaining good relation.

The Manufacturing Department is a Miscellaneous department. Meaning it does not count to department quota.
WARNING
The Developer Guidelines supersede some of the Code of Ethics. Any instance of this will be notated within said guidelines.

Structure
The Manufacturing Department structure differs from that of others within the foundation. The ranks within the Department do not directly equate to clearance levels.
The Manufacturing Department's Chain of Command is as follows:
Founders
Overseers of the Foundation. Responsible for overseeing the Foundation as a whole. The Founders have full authority over the entirety of the Manufacturing Department, anything that the Founders say in regards to the Manufacturing Department is absolute.
Manufacturing Site Director
Clearance: Security Class 5
Clearance: Security Class 5
The Manufacturing Site Director is responsible for overseeing the leadership of the Manufacturing Department; serving as a center point for all development projects and fields. The MSiD is responsible for tracking statistics, stability, and efficiency.
Head of Development
Clearance: Security Class 4
Clearance: Security Class 4
As the executive lead of the Development subsidiary within the Manufacturing Department, they are responsible for assisting the Manufacturing Site Director in overseeing tasks while also reporting on the current project statuses and progress of the Development subsidiary. The Head of Development is also tasked with communicating with Lead Developers to manage the operations of the Development subsidiary.
Lead Developer
Clearance: Security Class 3
Clearance: Security Class 3
As leaders of development field teams, Lead Developers are personnel with extensive experience in the Manufacturing Department. They are responsible for reporting project statuses and progress to the Head of Development for their respective teams. Additionally, Lead Developers communicate with fellow team members to manage the operations of the Development subsidiary. Typically, they have worked on multiple medium to large-scale projects and are entrusted with leading teams based on their expertise.
Developer
Clearance: Security Class 2
Clearance: Security Class 2
Developers are core members of the department. They have shown that they're knowledgeable within their field and are often relied upon to complete tasks. They are also tasked with assisting department command in certain circumstances.
Junior Developer
Clearance: Security Class 1
Clearance: Security Class 1
Junior Developers are members of the department who dedicate less time to projects or tasks or those who have recently been hired.
Probationary Developer
Clearance: Security Class 0
Clearance: Security Class 0
Ducklings of the department. Probationary Developers are finding their feet within the department, as well as being consistently reviewed by MaD Command to ensure they'll benefit the team.

The Quality Assurance role within the Manufacturing Department is considered an external role, and as such does not fit within the structure of the Manufacturing Department.
